NA Associates trip to Cyprus August 2010

To celebrate the firm’s first year in business, partners and staff enjoyed a weekend away in the beautiful island of Cyprus. Nick Antoniou, our driver for the weekend hired a mini-bus and took us on a Tour of the Troodos mountains, taking in some beautiful mountain villages and lunch in the picturesque village of Vasa, followed by a tour of Omodhos Village. On the way back, we stopped in Kakopetria village for Lokoumades (syrup balls), and coffee in the village square, whilst watching Arsenal win the Emirates Cup on the big screen. The weekend started with a poolside barbecue, which lasted the whole day and into the evening. The drink of the day was Rum and Blackcurrent on ice with loads of lemonade (that was Claire’s excuse!). Cyprus firewater (Zivania) was also sampled on more than one occasion during the weekend.
