NA Associates offers a fee structure to suit each client, typically as follows:

• Fixed fee - For an agreed fee, we will undertake all your compliance work and provide you with certainty and no surprises.  As part of this arrangement we offer free unlimited access by phone or email to any member of our team.
  

• Time based fee - You pay according to the time we necessarily spend in dealing with your affairs at our normal charging rates.  Typically we would invoice on a regular basis or as work is completed.
  

• Fixed and variable combination - Many of our clients opt for a fixed fee for compliance work, and a time based fee for consultancy or ad-hoc assignments.  With this option, we can also offer a monthly standing order arrangement, by estimating the level of ad-hoc work in advance and making an allowance within the monthly standing order. We let you know how this is working out by providing you with details on a quarterly basis.
  

With any of the above fee structures, we are happy to offer you the option of spreading the cost of our fees over 12 equal monthly installments by standing order.
